Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and direct daily hands-on activities of on-site electrical technicians and workers
Assign tasks to team members based on project priorities and monitor daily work quality and progress
Provide practical, step-by-step guidance and demonstration for complex installation and wiring tasks
Coordinate with site engineers or supervisors to receive project directions and translate them into physical site work
Inspect completed electrical work to ensure quality, code compliance, and safety standards are met
Maintain worker attendance, enforce site discipline, and promote a productive, team-oriented work environment
